This is a nice hotel with impeccable hospitality. Excellent breakfasts in a chic hall with a great choice of dishes and service. Cleaning twice a day. Nice sweets in the evening, tea, coffee every day in the rooms. Absolute silence and comfort. A small but very nice spa with a jacuzzi and saunas. Musical evenings almost every day. Cross-country ski trails 3 minutes from the hotel. You need to go to the ski slopes by bus (the stop is next to the hotel). A wonderful village with restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. Hiking routes that start right at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and enjoying the beauty of nature!

Classic old school mountain hotel. Great location, very lovely staff. Really nice room (might have been upgraded - had previously stayed in much older rooms). Breakfast (due to Corona it is served rather than a buffet) with good choice. (Note to vegans out there: Soy milk is provided on request, otherwise breakfast is entirely focused on “standard” items around dairy/eggs and leaves you with an average fruit salad, cereals and some bread. Same for dinner options if you book half board. You might want to call ahead and ask about options.). Nice and bright ski room.

Excellent service and very very kind staff even in this difficult times – from the cleaning lady, to the receptionist, to the team in the breakfast room! I brought my dog with me, and they kindly provided a small bed, a bowl, and some treats. The room was comfortable, with a good temperature and all the necessary facilities. They also offered free water, and as I was leaving, they gave me some salt as a thoughtful gift and even asked if I needed water for the road. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice.

Hotel Edelweiss - is very high standard of comfort and hospitality. It start just from the entrance where you see beautiful and very cosy hall where you can drink something in nice atmosphere and even listen real piano by professional musician. Rooms are comfortable, I sleep very well there. And Restaurant is just a great - speciality of this restaurant - Trout (Forelle) is fantastically tasty - best one which I tried in my life.. Attention to the guest is really great as well.

fantastic location- everything was first rate from the shuttle service to the outstanding breakfast- the location and hiking near there is incredible- in order to go to outside villages- you need to figure out the buses rather than the train as Pontresina ‘s station a big walk to the town- depending on which staff member you get directions from- just double check when to go to Sils/Maria Post! Edelweiss is quite lovely!!!
